Test Plan Local Executions

You can execute your test plans on your local devices using Testsigma. Local execution is preferred for testing applications only available locally, for security or other purposes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have referred to:

1. Documentation on setting up Testsigma agent.
2. Documentation on creating test plans.

Steps for Test Plan Local Executions

1. Create a Test Plan, go to Add Test Suites & Link Machine Profiles, and click on Machine highlighted to add Test Machines.
2. On Select test machine profiles overlay, click on Add Machine.
3. On Add test machine/device profile overlay, enter Name, select Local Devices as Test lab, and choose Connected Machine and a Browser in which you want to execute the test plan.
4. Click on Create Profile.
5. Make necessary changes in the Test Plan Settings page and click Create.
6. Click on Run Now to execute the Test Plan.
