Release cycles stretched longer, and pressure mounted on the team. It was more than a technical problem, it was a turning point. The QA team had to decide whether to keep patching together a fragile framework or reimagine their entire approach to automation.

Deepak and his team embraced innovation. They sought a solution that could withstand change, scale with the product, and empower the entire team, not just a handful of technical specialists. That search brought them to Testsigma.
