# Versions: See What is Changed in a Test Case






**Track and compare every change made to your test cases with ease.**

You can view the changes made to a test case from Versions. Versions let you compare the current version of a test case with any previous version to clearly identify the differences. This article discusses how to view and compare versions in Test Management by Testsigma.

## **View Version History**

1. From the **Dashboard**, go to **Test Cases** and open any test case.

2. In the top-right corner, click the **History** icon to open the **Version History** overlay.

3. The **Version History** list displays:
   - All saved versions
   - The date of each modification
   - The user who made each change

## **Compare Versions** 

1. In the **Version History** overlay, hover over the version you want to compare.

2. Click the **Meatballs Menu**, and click **Compare with Current**. This opens the **Comparison Mode** page.

> 💡 **Tip**: You can also rename a version from the same **Meatballs Menu**.

3. On the **Comparison Mode** page, you can view the changes between the selected version and the current version.

> **NOTE**:
> - You can compare any older version with only the current version.
> - To revert to an older version, click **Restore to this Version**.
