Unable to Login to Testsigma Terminal?


After downloading Testsigma Terminal, you may encounter login issues caused by network settings or security restrictions. This article discusses how to resolve the issue.


Steps to Resolve the Issue

  1. In the Testsigma Terminal window, click Retry Login. You will be redirected to Testsigma. Retry Login
  2. Click Open the desktop app. The Testsigma Terminal opens. Open the Desktop App
  3. Wait until Testsigma Terminal downloads the necessary files and completes the installation.
