Unable to Extract the Terminal Files?


While Testsigma Terminal extracts the required files, you may encounter issues due to insufficient disk space or other software blocking the extraction process. This article discusses how to resolve the issue.


Steps to Resolve the Issue

  1. In the Testsigma Terminal window, click Retry. This restarts the extraction process. Retry
  2. If the issue persists, click Troubleshoot Download. Troubleshoot Download
  3. Click Download ZIP to download the installer ZIP files to your device. Download ZIP
  4. After the ZIP file is downloaded, select Continue. Continue
  5. Select Select downloaded .zip file and choose the ZIP file you downloaded. Download ZIP
  6. Click Continue to begin the extraction. Continue
